Spices make cooking fine. They add a variation and more flavor. Many have also been proven to have a wide range of anti-inflammatory effects. But unfortunately some spices that you get the grocery store have been exposed to radiation
The process breaks up molecules and creates free radicals damaging vitamins and enzymes the free radicals combine with chemicals produced products with irradiation.
Studies have shown through connection tumors, and kidney damage.
It has been labeled as radiation or irradiation on packages. Such as irradiation meat. Restaurants do not have to disclose this information, so be careful with what you eat.
