every 2-3 hours. No hunger here, and no over eating.
Your meals are broken down to show you exactly what foods to choose for each meal. Think of it as breakfast, lunch and dinner with two snack meal in between.
EAT LEAN CLEAN N’ GREEN
You will be eating healthy lean proteins such as salmon, fish, turkey, and chicken. Stay way from red meats. Also clean ingredients in all meals and tons of greens!
PREPARE FOR SUCCESS
Organizing your workouts and meals in advance helps free up time and energy. Sunday is a great day to help start your week off right, go food shopping, prepare meals and lay out our workout clothes so everything is ready. Shop for only the foods you need.
ACCOUNTABILITY IS POWERFUL
Stay accountable, Your friends, family, and find yourself healthy is here to keep you motivated and hold you accountable for your workouts and meals. Post your healthy meals, workouts, and/or a selfie after you complete a workout on social media with the hashtag #FindYourselfHealthy. You’ll meet new friends and have endless amounts of support. Have your close friends and family join you on the journey or let them know what you are doing for guided support.
