Canker sores are also known as mouth ulcers. They can be extremely uncomfortable.

Common causes of canker sores:

Injury

Toothpaste

acidic foods

allergic hormonal changes

bacteria

emotional stress

lack of vitamins

Natural remedies for canker sores

Coconut milk

Extract coconut milk and gargle with it 3 to 4 times daily.

Basil leaves

Chew basil leaves with water daily to hell mouth ulcers, do it 5 to 6 times a day for results.

Tea tree oil

Tea  tree oil directly to the ulcer.

Honey and coconut oil

Combine honey and coconut oil into a paste and massage onto the sore

Rosewater

Take Rose mix into water and boil it for five minutes once the temperature is warm enough for your mouth rinse with your mouth twice a day.

Avoid acidic foods eat healthy and have essential vitamins tried to reduce stress and have good oral hygiene to help prevent mouth ulcers.

It amazes me how many people still put Coca-Cola or other sodas in their body. 1.9 billion bottles of Coca-Cola are consumed worldwide every day.

Coca-Cola contains a high amount of corn syrup making it one of the highest calorie sources in the American diet. This is made in addiction.

What happens when you drink Coca-Cola or any soda:

Just one drink contains 100% of your daily recommended sugar intake. Think of all that sugar hitting your body within 10 minutes. With such a high amount of fructose hitting the liver out once your body converts it into fact. This is been one of the main problems behind obesity and cancer. Then there is caffeine. A Coca-Cola has 32 mg a Diet Coke is worse with 42 mg.

Soto reacts in a similar way to heroin. It increases your dopamine levels which gives you a good stimulation failing. It also affects your body’s calcium levels which affects your bones.

Potato chips are addicting. But there’s a reason behind that. Potato chips typically have a chemical compound called Acrylamide. This is found in starchy food products. It is put in during the process of high temperature cooking such as baking roasting or frying.

Unfortunately research shows that 40% of calories that make up the American diet contained Acrylamide.

The risk of Acrylamide:

Acrylamide is linked to cancer. It is not to damage the cells. High temperature cooking causes Acrylamide formation. It’s more likely to cook during a long period of high temperatures.. It’s typically found in foods such as potato products, grains, or coffee.

Ways to prevent Acrylamide:

Cook at a low temperature.

Avoid French fries and potato chips.
