Energy Boosting Green Juice

  • 1 young Thai Coconut
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

  1. Put coconut, coconut water and water in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add all ingredients and blend into a smoothie
