¼ cup quinoa 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
1 Tbs red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic
¼ cup mushrooms
¼ cup zucchini
1 tsp fresh thyme
Cook the quinoa is water. Cook the 1 Tbs red pepper flakes,1 clove garlic, ¼ cup mushrooms, ¼ cup zucchini, 1 tsp fresh thyme, Onion with grapeseed oil and combine both dishes.
