    Ingredients:
    ¼ cup blueberries
    ¼ cup dry, natural whole grain oats

    ½ cup plain, greek or almond yogurt 1 tsp cinnamon

    Cook the oatmeal, drop in the berries, yogurt, and sprinkle it with cinnamon
